Situated along 3.5 kilometers of sandy Arabian Sea shoreline, Kyle Phillips has designed the United Arab Emirates’ first links course. With eight holes hugging the coastline and all 18 holes having uninterrupted views of the Arabian Sea, this par 72, 7414 yard course is an enjoyable year round destination for all skill levels.
Characteristic of the classic seaside courses of the British Isles, native grass species planted in the rough areas wave across the dunes in the warm sea breezes. Paspalum grass planted throughout the primary playing areas allows for firm fast playing surfaces throughout the year. Five of the last six holes play along the coastline, creating a dramatic crescendo to every round.
